I was blown away by the top-notch facilities, especially the spa and the incredible restaurant. But what really stood out for me was the staff. They made us feel like part of the family, with their warmth and positive energy. It's rare to find such authentic hospitality, but here, it's natural! The hotel is in a great location, close to the center and offers a shuttle service. The rooms are spacious and cozy, and the front desk staff, especially Daniel, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The property has a lovely Alpine ambiance, and the common area with the fireplace is so cozy. it was a mind-blowing experience and I can't wait to visit again!

Our group of friends stayed at a mountain lodge in Cervinia with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. the rooms were tastefully decorated and spacious, with comfortable beds. the service was great, with friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast was plentiful with high-quality ingredients. the spa facilities were great to relax in after a day on the slopes.

The shuttle service could have been more frequent, causing a bit of waiting time.

I felt like a queen at this hotel! The food is so fancy, I had to ski all day to make room for all the courses. The spa is a real treat too!

Oh, and the location. I mean, who wants to be surrounded by beautiful mountains and breathtaking scenery anyway?

This ski resort hotel is one of the most luxurious places I have ever stayed. the exclusive amenities, such as the spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath and massage services. the staff was extremely attentive and provided excellent service in the restaurant, bar, and lounge area.

The only minor issue I had was that the drinks in the bar were expensive, but this is expected in such a high-end venue. this hotel exceeded my expectations and offered a perfect atmosphere for a ski vacation.

Relais & Chateaux has truly outdone itself with this remarkable hotel. The lounge area is absolutely stunning, with plush sofas and a cozy log fire that made me feel right at home. The rooms are nothing short of luxurious, and the breathtaking view of the mountains from my suite was worth every penny.

Although not within walking distance of the lifts, the hotel's convenient 4x4 shuttles ensured that I never had to wait long to hit the slopes. And let's not forget the spa!

The location of the hotel was not ideal for skiing, as it was far away from the slopes. The room was quite cramped and the decor was outdated.

The hotel is in an excellent location, near the centre of town and just a short distance to Turin airport. the room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. the service provided by the staff was outstanding, always polite and professional. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food, and the view from our room was breathtaking.

The Wi-Fi connection in the hotel was a bit unreliable.
